Danielle Eastman

Danielle Eastman, M.A., Exercise Physiology, is the founder of the international conscious dance practice, Aya®, owner of Ananda, and has over twenty years of experience teaching conscious dance, fitness, yoga, martial arts, and energy work. After a decade of seeking, exploring, and teaching along the West Coast, Danielle returned home to Iowa to be near family and share Aya with the Cedar Valley.

Laura Creswell

Laura, RYT-500, has 1000s of hours of yoga training and teaching experience, and is a Co-Founder of the State Street Yoga Co-op in Cedar Falls. Laura is passionate about helping women feel strong, peaceful, and confident in their body. She loves to help women connect with their intuitive wisdom.

Mary, RYT-500, MS-Engineering, and Founder of Field of Yoga Project, has 1000s of hours of yoga training and teaching experience. With her passion for relating ancient yogic wisdom with the latest in biomechanics, physiology, and psychology, Mary – in very practical, pragmatic, and specific ways – is passionate about helping participants to expand their awareness and empower themselves with this profound and timeless practice.
