Meditation Project 1 (Establishing): Wednesdays 7:00 PM

Wednesdays 7:00-7:50 PM, November 8-December 20. No class 9/22. The best way to instill a new habit is consistency. Create a robust new pathway in your brain, so you can focus on what matters most, with less effort. Includes: Q&A, a guided traditional systematic relaxation done laying down to shift your nervous system and equip your brain to calm down, then a short guided traditional meditation done seated. Delivered in an all-new way: on-site once-a-week, on-line 24-7. 6 50-min sessions, $75
Meditation Project 2 (Experimenting): Sundays 7:00 PM

Sundays 7:00-7:50 PM, November 12-December 17. 6-session meditation education and experience, covering a different technique each week. The 5 meditation techniques we'll cover are Mindfulness, Metta, Chakra, Passage, and Japa. Delivered in an all-new way: on-site once-a-week, on-line 24-7. 6 50-min sessions, $75.

About Mary McInnis Meyer

Mary, RYT-500, MS-Engineering, and Founder of Field of Yoga Project, has 1000s of hours of yoga and meditation training and teaching experience. With her passion for relating ancient yogic wisdom with the latest in biomechanics, physiology, and psychology, Mary – in very practical, pragmatic, and specific ways – is passionate about helping participants to expand their awareness and empower themselves with these profound and timeless practices.
