About Laura Creswell
Laura, RYT-500, has 1000s of hours of yoga training and teaching experience, and is a Co-Founder of the State Street Yoga Co-op in Cedar Falls. Laura is passionate about helping women feel strong, peaceful, and confident in their body. She loves to help women connect with their intuitive wisdom.
Beginner Yoga Series
Establish a strong foundation in your yoga practice by learning the basics of Hatha Yoga. In this 4-week series with Laura, you’ll practice consistent and effective poses for improving posture and increasing strength and flexibility. Experience simple breath techniques and mindfulness practices to help you calm your mind and focus your energy.
Class size will be small to allow for plenty of individual instruction, so you can learn the best modifications, variations, and practices for YOUR unique body. No prior yoga experience needed. Your own yoga mat is recommended.

About Mary McInnis Meyer
Mary, RYT-500, MS-Engineering, and Founder of Field of Yoga Project, has 1000s of hours of yoga training and teaching experience. With her passion for relating ancient yogic wisdom with the latest in biomechanics, physiology, and psychology, Mary – in very practical, pragmatic, and specific ways – is passionate about helping participants to expand their awareness and empower themselves with this profound and timeless practice.
