Includes: Q&A, a guided traditional systematic relaxation done laying down to shift your nervous system and equip your brain to calm down, then a short guided traditional meditation done seated. $75 for 6 contact hours + online guided meditations.

Off-season Basics: Build and Bend

All-new 6-session curriculum for cyclists, runners, and other active types in the off-season, delivered in an all-new way that ensures you get the best parts of yoga in the best ways: on-site once-a-week, on-line 24-7. $65 for 6, or $11 single classes. Practice some of my most creative and effective core builders, and stretch across multiple planes of your body to improve hip, spine, and shoulder range of motion for better resilience and ultimately performance.

I teach my simple, comprehensive sequence covering all planes of motion - but each week you, the student, get the chance to decide what we focus on based on your body's needs. Mary, RYT-500, MS-Engineering, and Founder of Field of Yoga Project, has 1000s of hours of yoga training and teaching experience. With her passion for relating ancient yogic wisdom with the latest in biomechanics, physiology, and psychology, Mary – in very practical, pragmatic, and specific ways – is passionate about helping participants to expand their awareness and empower themselves with this profound and timeless practice.

About Laura Creswell

Along with 1000s of hours of yoga training and teaching experience, Laura, RYT-500, and Co-Founder of the State Street Yoga Co-op in Cedar Falls, also holds a strong passion for helping mothers-to-be. As a certified birth doula, with additional specialized training in prenatal yoga, and mom + baby yoga, Laura is passionate about helping women feel peaceful and confident in their bodies, and connect with their body’s intuitive wisdom.
