Peak Flow Yoga Registration

This summer, Mary’s intention is to offer an efficient and effective peak-flow practice. Enjoy powerful 45-min. classes, along with access to her online resources, all for a reduced summer rate. Drop-in for anytime for $10, or commit to a specific class for the 4-week August session and save ($9.50/class). Commit to 2 classes/week and save even more (only $8.50/class). Firefighter Yoga Tue/Fri 8:20 AM

Tuesdays + Fridays, 8:20-9:20 AM, 9/11-10/27. A class for Waterloo Fire Rescue. Get relief from the effects of the daily heavy-load demands on your body: decompress yours spine, open your shoulders/chest/hips/hamstrings. Mary, RYT-500, MS-Engineering, and Founder of Field of Yoga Project, has 1000s of hours of yoga training and teaching experience. With her passion for relating ancient yogic wisdom with the latest in biomechanics, physiology, and psychology, Mary – in very practical, pragmatic, and specific ways – is passionate about helping participants to expand their awareness and empower themselves with this profound and timeless practice.

Prenatal Yoga Fri 9:30 AM

Fridays, 9:30-10:30 AM, 9/15-10/20. Feel good in your changing body. Learn techniques to prepare for labor. Bond with your growing baby and build community with other mothers-to-be. Appropriate for all stages of pregnancy and designed with your specific needs in mind.
